I have trained others and was lead at lyall setting up machines and making it accurate and proficient of use when it came to quality expectations. Changed over department and began again producing above the quantity had to return back to keep the bread going. I did enjoy the many people that I've worked with and my supervisor at lyall was amazing.Sad i had to depart to join ABB.
