"In the short time that I worked for Anthony International, the work culture and overall employee satisfaction among the staff was severely faltering due to the company being in a perpetual state of restructuring. "I was able to work with Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, General Managers and trainers. I loved working with the CFO on budgets and how to save the company money."

"People at Anthony have been there an average of 20 years. They like the way things are so keep things to yourself and listen with your eyes."
What don't you like about working at Anthony International?
"The uncertain future for job security. My position was created for me and I created many advanced transparency tools but the managers were not able to keep them updated. Accountability was difficult to explain to the Board but my tools had the numbers and the Board loved my work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep upto date on new technology tools for reporting on scrap and sustainability is the answer to downtime. Training, training, training to avoid job accidents."

"I had a new position in a newly created title for me. I enjoyed working as an assistant to the President, COO, CFO, Supply Vice President, Quality Director and Marketing Vice President."

"Keep an open mind and prepare for changes in your department. The company is stable while they grow sales as the country recovers economically."
What don't you like about working at Anthony International?
"The company had a bad year in 2008-2009 while preparing to close a plant in New Jersey. I didn't like to see so many people lose their jobs."

"Keep an open mind to new ideas and market trends for refrigerator doors as I researched te competion and hiring experienced people is better than lower salaried younger employees."
