1.2 Dont do ILLEGAL stuff. EXAMPLE, firing, people for getting hurt. when you are the reason we get hurt. Listen to the DSP's, the dsp is suppose to be the in between person, Dsp's deal with the residents daily, so listen, dont be hot headed. Dont listen to everything that the supervisors say, cause it just might be a LIE. Investigate the whole situation, before you make a final decision. You act like the DSP is always in the wrong, when he/she might not be. Care for your workers, they are part of the reason you make the big bucks

1.7 The families of the residents are always nice to meet, and the residents are a pleasure to work for. The management here is horrible. Rules seem to be created/ignored as they see fit.
