"I've worked for Calgon for 13 years. In my time here, I have seen numerous management changes, I wish I could say for the better. Calgon doesn't really promote from within, so as a production force, we end up training managers on how to run the plant, thus leading to poor management/labor relations. The current management team talks a good game, but dodge accountability in my opinion. Violations notwithstanding."
