"You'll lose your work-life balance once you start to work here. Management will just mindlessly assign you tasks that eventually become overwhelming. This is why the work atmosphere is filled with stress and anxiety."
"A company where you'll be expected to always work overtime, go to work on weekends and holidays but doesn't even appreciate is employees. I'm not a whiner. However, working here makes me feel like I'm being abused. Rendering overtime from time to time is okay with me but requiring it almost everyday is another story. Also, a little recognition and appreciation for employee's efforts and extra work would go a long way. We probably won't dread having to work longer hours if we know that the company care for us."
