"I managed a group of over 125 people, project managers, estimating, sales, marketing, business development, and more. Good company, the only issue was that most of the staff were union and the ownership was nonunion. I had some eye issues which required me to have surgery which was successful and that was the primary reason for me to leave. The management team was great and I was paid a base salary of $125000."
