"Started out a very good company to work for, but as growth increased and more issues arose it became obvious that they were very Corporate centric even with many facilities throughout North America. Not hiring when people leave left many saying how extremely overworked they were. Pay increases were under Cost of Living, even after over a 5 year pay freeze."
