"I had a good job and respected by by co-workers. Sometime in May, major management changes happened and things become extremely unorganized without good leadership. At first I was given the freedom to complete my tasks without problems but then management become very critical and micro managerial. I left because they degraded my position and apparently did not value my experience even though I was a dedicated and accomplished what was asked of me. The CEO walked out the door as well."
