"Beware of a racially biased HR department. They do not follow their own rules properly. They allow some to abuse FLMA and leave policies and let others get away with the abuse."
What don't you like about working at City of Killeen?
"Severely hostile boss who is willing to emotionally abuse employees. Corrupt police. Inept HR and Legal Dept. City manager does not address certain issues like harassment. The IT dept even went so far as to doctor documents and state bold faced lies as a form of harassment to get rid of some personnel."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management needs to stop hiding the truth about harassment that several past employees have had to endure. They also need to eliminate many mid-level management positions that are there only as a bloated paycheck to inept personnel who don't know how to manage."
