"It was good to get in with a small business. Frank Comer was excellent to work with. Frank has the pulse of the engineering market in Kansas City , MO."

"give it some serious thought as I'm sure that most of what they told you has been grossly overstated."

"It doesn't really matter how good the work I do is since nobody ever reads it once I've completed it. ever."

"we are not given enough freedom to persure new projects."

"Be more progressive. Allow small groups to do more. Cut back on paperwork."

"Yes, be a Clemson graduate. Also, realize this is a family owned business and little room for advancement aside from maybe more project responsibility with experience."

"The inability to move up in a family owned business that I was not a part of that family."

"Allow employees the opportunity to have a larger say into the input of a project."

"I would tell them to be wary this company has been prone to layoffs."

"Too much company downsizing and very little job security. I saw many wonderful co-workers get laid off."
