"NOTHING. IT'S A GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AT ALL. GOOD PEOPLE ."

"NONE. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY GOOD. I CAN'T COMPLAIN. VERY GOOD PEOPLE WORKED AT ACE ASPHALT."

"This review affirms the fact that CG Engineering was a good company, but did not offer me opportunity to advance, be creative, and grow with new experience. I left to gain professional experience form mentors in my field of interest."
What don't you like about working at CG Engineering?
"Working there was not interesting and expanding for a young civil engineer seeking knowledge, growth and professional development into a registered engineer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company no longer exists and collapsed for the exact reasons I left ther for a better opportunity."

"It was a place to work and gain engineering skills while I was in engineering school."

"The owner turned out to be the father of a childhood friend, independant of my hire. I would wish him and his son well and hope they make money."

"It was a summer internship. I didn't work there long enough to find something that I didn't like about working there."

"Not having to be micro-managed and having the freedom to be creative in obtaining work."

"I am currently not working in the bridge department, but I am pursuing to get in to the department. It is slow right now in there, however it is suppose to pick up by the middle of the year."

"There was not much room for growth as management positions were set, and they didn't want to grow the company much larger"

"Seemed as if no one had much experience and almost never knew what the answers to questions were with regard to engineering problems. Was difficult to get answers."
