"I like working at Balboa Capital for many reasons. It's a growing company that is recognized as a leader in commercial financing in the US. We use some of the most amazing sales tools that help us close more deals and provide our customers with responsive service. And, the management team is always there to assist me when I have questions about a deal I am working on."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are going to interview with Balboa Capital, read through our website because it will help you understand what our culture is like, and how we are positioned in the marketplace. You will also learn more about the various financing products that we offer to small businesses and equipment dealers."
What don't you like about working at Balboa Capital?
"I like pretty much everything about Balboa Capital, so I have nothing to mention in this section."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have brought this up before with my manager: We are in need of more room in our offices because we have simply outgrown our current digs."
What do you like about working at RGS Services?
"I enjoy the fact that I am given the responsibly to run entire marketing and sales division based on my passed experience and reputation."

"No room for advancement. Not aggressive enough in the marketing budget to keep up with what is need to grow and expand into more offices."

"You are only as good as your team. Get to know them and know what makes them tick."
