"I would say that if people are eager to learn and grow in the design industry, CNG would not fulfill their needs after the first year of employment."
What don't you like about working at Community Newspaper Group?
"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. The company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position, however, after being there for more than a year, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and room for advancement in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion would be to have more frequent meetings between the sales and production department, to ensure that the process runs smoothly from beginning to completion."
