"I'd say, know what you are getting into before accepting. Know what the company does. In the past 9 months that I've been with the company, 6 people have quit because they couldn't take the pressure."

"I do not like that I have barley 15 hours a week and there is not much graphics work for me to create. I am the only graphic designer there, and would love to be part of a team of designers to grow and learn from.
