"I have been working in the continental Automotive Services for past 3 years. As my introduction to the automotive world, the Continental was a very good start as there are a lot of projects going on and there are a wide variety of learning available. The work culture is good and work life balance is okay. All in all very good experience."

"I’ve worked for Continental for more than 8 years. It is a company focus on new technologies and fit for new generation of employees. Is a good place to start but not good to stay since they don’t value people as much as they value structure."

Engineering Director

"I started working at this company in 1992 while it was Siemens. It changed names several times, becoming Siemens Automotive and eventually Siemens VDO. In 2007 Siemens sold the company to Continental Automotive. At our location we were one only global R&D centers outside of Europe, focused on the design and manufacturing of fuel injection and exhaust after treatment products. Both companies provided and nurtured research and development. In late 2019 Continental announced that in order to better focus on electrification products/systems, they would be stopping development and production of hydraulic and combustion products/systems."

"Great place to work with great people, the facility is closing by 2024 so lack of investment has started to become apparent and so it is time to leave. Shame as the people, place and work ethic are brilliant. Higher management outside of the plant are not great and communication to site has, at times, been appalling."
