"I have worked for CBR since 2011. Overall it is a great company with an outstanding mission and cause; not to mention the leader in its industry. The tipping point to submit my résumé was a quote by the HR Dept. Our customers are our employees. I was seeking great culture along with great cause. Today the cause is still the greatest aspect of the foundation of the company, however, culture may be slipping to one that is more geared towards the number rather than the people."
