Cornerstones of Care Employee

"I began working at this company at the start of the pandemic as an Adoption Case Management Specialist. I did not receive proper training or support and received a full case load shortly after onboarding. Although I am fairly adaptable and learn quickly, I was expected to perform with no prior training or experience and in high stress situations. I eventually was promoted to another position which would result in a similar outcome. I soon realized this company does not value any employees whether they have good work ethic or terrible work ethic. People are not held accountable for completing task or achieving deadlines, and the toxic work environment is pushed off on employees who are accountable and these individuals are left burnt out."
