Cognizant Engineer

"I have only worked for CT Consultants for just about a year. I believe that they have too many vice presidents, market leaders and talent leaders. Their main focus is gaining clients, which isn't a bad thing, but they focus ONLY on this. I was told I was going to get some training as a new hire, but then was told there was no money in the budget for training. When I needed help or some direction, my office co-workers (3) were too busy playing Clash of Clans on their phones or iPad to give me a hand. I had to wait until they were complete with their battles for the day. I was let go due to lack of work/hours because of the COVID, yet these 3 were able to bill to projects that had a big budget and hours to bill to and I wasn't able to keep a job."
