3.2 During the initial hiring process they speak so highly of the company goals and blah, blah, usual pitch, but in reality it's all opposite. They hired me and then laid off saying they had a bad quarter, when a week before they had a company wide presentation stating we are growing... person should be fired as CFO I guess. Work place is as pathetic as one can imagine... broken desk, ripped walls. overall had simply the worst experience of my life.

3.8 Management was very fair in the treatment of their employees. More emphasis on standardized training and cross training I believe would be very beneficial.
