"Good company, however the pay to work balance scale is way out of whack. If you have great talent - it could be used at other companies that pay nearly double what DMFP does."
"I worked as a consultant. Working with Fresh Del Monte management proved to be enjoyable and rewarding. Great company with wonderful management and staff."
"Del Monte is responsible for most if not all of your fresh produce found in your local grocery. They have a dedication to excellence that is unparalleled. Although I am an avid veggie foodie, my personal favorite would have to be the avocados! You will not find a better or tastier option."
"my managed reviewed as good."
"I worked for several years and enjoyed working there. My co-workers were of high character and integrity"
"I worked at Del Monte as a seasonal employee during my college summers. I was a sampler for the pea and sweet corn fields. I graduated college May 10th 2019 and got the Quality Assurance Supervisor job shortly after and started on June 2nd 2019. The experience I gained while working at Del Monte was great. Unfortunately in October of 2019 our plant located in Sleepy Eye got shut down along after the 2019 pack season a long with four other plants through out the country."
"DelMonte Foods is a great place to work. Have been working for DelMonte since July 2008 and enjoyed the work and the great leadership."
