"Don't work here. Especially in the facilities department. Seriously, McDonalds would be more professional and classy."

"There is NO leadership. Only management. Priorities are awful. Not a single day goes by without management yelling and screaming. Zero professionalism. Our director is good friends with HR, so there is no where to turn to for help."

"Clean house. Start fresh with people that actually have degrees and compassion. Management is nothing but a racist bully."

"Being at my level and sometimes not feeling like I have authority to make a decision. Distance from home and not having teh ability to work from home as an option."

"Empower my team a little more. Let those in leadership positions lead and only get involved when necessary. Leave the minor decisions within their authority."
