"Make sure you demonstrate that you are a team player. It's important with any employer, but especially with this one."

"They did not pay as well as other companies, which is why I moved on. I wish I could have stayed, but I was offered better pay to leave."

"There are a lot of things you are doing right, but make sure you are willing to compensate loyal employees who are doing good work and putting in long hours."
