"There is so much bureaucracy, and I often feel I can't get my job done because there are so many hoops to jump through. Every decision is made by a team, and oftentimes the team members are more interested in avoiding work or covering for themselves to make good decisions for the clients."

"Give us the budget we need to succeed, have realistic expectations, be supportive instead of adversarial. People don't do their best work when they are constantly fearing for their job."
