What don't you like about working at Digital Harmony Games?
"I dont actually work there - I am an investor only and this has been the hardest challenge for me as I am so eager to dive in and carry the load - yet my whole purpose in starting this Company was to experience life on the otherside of the table as an investor. I have given this a fair chance and definitely realize I prefer to be where the action is on the frontlines with the team rather than from an investors view."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe that being good friends with employees does NOT make you a good manager - and that often times younger managers fall into this trap, causing decisions and politics that are not always in line or in direction for the betterment of the team or Company."
