"Great people, supportive coworkers. The compensation is not equal to the job expectations. Pay increase only occur one a year, even when you started at a low pay rate and gain experience. Communication is not very fluent and the miscommunication from management to staff occurs often due to lack of communication skills. They purchase lunches and snacks for staff often, once every two weeks, sometimes more."
