"Individual recognition as opposed to Team recognition. It is hard to drive team work when recognize individuals."

"It was the family business, and while working there, I learned 90% of what I know about retouching, Photoshop, advertising, and design."

"I was paid in meagers, and the exchange rate between the meager and the dollar is very weak. As a family business, it was a up-and-down way to make a living, and as a the New England advertising business shrank, so did ours."
