"Dorman is a great place to work. The environment is very relaxed, and work is very easy to get done. Supervisors and managers do not apply unreasonable pressure. They use very high-tech equipment, and are very supportive in training and personal development. However, salaries are lower than what they should be, and this is widely accepted as fact."
