"Hire experience nurse to keep up with 21st centuriesI remember we were the number 10 hospital out of the nation with the best Cardiac, now we just nothing on the map. Too much politics"

What don't you like about working at Downey Regional Medical Center?

"I like working there from the time I was there over 12 years. However, my understanding the Care is going down because of the graduate nurses without any experience. All the good nurse when on got there degrees and left, no opportunity there."
