"Be ready for mandatory overtime and mandatory goals that must be met in order to make any bonus."

"Most days included late evening hours and we consistently gave up 3 weekends per month to help the builder owned company meet sales and production goals."

"Be more aware of the fact there were too many loans being looked at by too few underwriters and management was detached from the day to day underwriting challenges that existed in the dept."

"I love my job, they're not much benfits, their is some room for advancement, but it is still commission base job only."

"I love the people I meet every day, I do make very good income in sales and your pretty much, I'm my own boss."

"I would like for them to offer some time of draw and then commissions."

"Maybe restructuring the benefits package, they use to have the draw available, it has since been removed from the benefits."
