"The hours we are required to work and the distance to get there."

"Better software with less conflicts and freeze ups. Holding customers to a standard which requires them to be exact."

"Don't be afraid to ask questions because some of the sketches I receive require a strong imagination."

"There is nothing to not like about the company for supplemental income, yet it would not be a strong primary income."

"It is a small company and he seems to prefer it that way. I am an ambitious individual so I would be looking to expand."

"Lack of trust. Pay. No raise. Hands on aproch by owner"

"Trust more in the people that you have. They are here to help. Not everyone is bad."

"The entire company, from the back room to the front offices, treats me like family and appreciates the work that I do."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I have worked for other environmental companies and Roux is by far one of the best of the bunch to work for. While no company can make everyone happy, I feel this company tries harder than most."
What don't you like about working at Roux Associates?
"You have to be at Principal level in order to receive any stock shares in the company. That can take a while."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer stock options when a certain number of years of employment are reached."

"The co-workers were very good in their field and always willing to help."

"Good company to work for while I was there, but now they only work exclusively on the service side of HVAC systems. The company no longer designs or bids on new jobs."

"The company decided to eliminate its design division, which basically eliminated the engineering department."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be able to forecast better in the future when major changes in the company will be coming, such as eliminating a large department like engineering."

"Lack of communication between departments and a lack of hands on work."

"Try to create a common system throughout the company. It seems like each department just does its own thing."

"Some communication issues. Single product made long term work experience limited"

"Needed to broaden product line beyond single customer to benefit long term stability"
