"DTLC's appeal depends on the cast of characters. Lack of leadership can go both ways - 1) no micro-managing, 2) little management period. My coworkers and I created the environment (as there was none before) and I really enjoyed working with them, learning from them, and going to work each day was great. Beyond that, some decisions were frustrating and confusing and there is little transparency as to why certain business decisions are made. So on one hand, I love the flexibility and camaraderie, and I did learn a ton from my specific supervisor. On the other hand, from a business management side, it's frustrating."
