"I have worked for DSM since 1,1,2001. Within the materials half of the company there were many interesting roles and generally an enjoyable experience. The company was always moving towards its nutritional/pharma side of the business often creating capital restraints on the materials side. This created stresses between company vision and ability to execute that vision."
"I have worked for DSM for over 20 years and have had a very good experience with the company primarily because of their focus on safety and employee development."
"DSM provided a great environment to grow as a young professional, and gave me the tools needed to really develop my current skill set and grow new talents. Management had a strong focus on their current employees, but would often times favor other employees. Overall, a good workplace, great co-workers, and good compensation. Major con would be one of my direct supervisors being a bit more of a party goer than I was, which would cause issues when I didn't want to go out to bars after a long work-day."
"Good overall atmosphere, but business group leadership is struggling. Past challenges have led to a "knee jerk" reaction of micro-managing the leaders that were hired to get the group on the right track."
"I've worked for DSM Biomedical since 2018. It is a decent company with good benefits. I am looking for an opportunity in the Bay Area to join my family."
"DSM has locations in Germantown and Waukesha Wisconsin. It is owned by the Dutch."
"This was a contract position, but it was a lot of fun and I continued to learn a lot. I was given a broad range of projects across process functions and found them all challenging and interesting. The people were great to work with too."
"I had a positive experience working for DSM Biomedical. The engineering position exposed me to the many aspects of a developing business both on the technical and managerial side of the equation."
