"I've worked with eCollege from Feb. 2009-Feb. 2011. We fostered a great spirit of team work & camaraderie within our department. We all were very professional towards each other. We had a great corporate work environment to thrive in."
"Great place to work for technology workers of all sorts."
"The company tries to be effective and efficient, but there are some key disconnects. Some incompetent middle managers have made their way into the mix, and they make it difficult to focus on getting the job done. They don't understand the work of the developers they supervise, so their only measure of performance is time sitting at your desk. There are many developers which cut corners and release generally unstable code, but do so 12 hours a day and are praised over higher quality developers."
