4.4I've worked for E&J Gallo Wine and Spirits company for over 6 years now as a sales rep, the job is great and the people are great to work with but it's just time for me to grow and develop myself, the company is a continuous growing company and I've helped grow different brands to levels that I thought myself were impossible but I did and did it past the levels that the company didn't think they could go as well!
4.3I worked for E&J Gallo Winery since 1999 and formed many incredible relationships over the next two decades. The people are what makes working there so personally beneficial. However, the people can also be the reason they work is difficult. Some departments are better than others at creating a culture of creativity, fun, and challenging work. If you are lucky enough to land in one of those departments you will love the work you do. If you are unfortunate to land in a department that is counter to the culture I just described, you will quickly find yourself looking for a new position or just being miserable in your day to day tasks/strategies.
2.3The Company promotes its core values but very rarely do they abide by them. Everyone is against one another, especially from other departments. One of their core values is teamwork and they pride themselves to preach this in every single training but I have never worked for a company with such bad teamwork. The leadership at the Team Leader level is very selfish in their way of thinking and does little to reach across the aisle to get things done. Some of the Sr. managers never leave their offices and expect entirely too much out of the Jr. leadership. Everyone does little to build each other up and act like another core value family.
