"Marketing runs the show and they are not very smart or experienced. The marketing group actually does merchandising, not marketing...and they get promoted. Also, Marketing runs the meetings and they are really bad a project management..... really, really bad."

"Remove the dead weight in souring and marketing, allow the engineers to do engineering work."
