"Poorly trained supervisors. Basically, friends and relatives or countrymen since it's owned by Croatians. They basically just try to get as many parts out as possible without giving you the tools to do so efficiently. And when something fails it's your fault. I was also personally assaulted there and reported it and nothing happened. I was also harassed by the same coworker for years with no one doing anything. I couldn't leave because I needed insurance. Finally got better and was done with the nonsense. Resigned after 9 years. I wasn't fired so I'm not trying to get back at them. I'm just trying to save someone else from what I went through."

"I've worked for company that produces metal parts for medical industry; John Deere and other tractor companies. There are about 150 employees; good place to work and good benefits (health insurance, 401K). Who likes cold and winter, it is a good place for them because this place is in Mentor, OH."
