"While this is an amazing place to take your children for their medical care, it is a poor choice for employment. Administration is ill equipped to work with staff. And, they are unable to maintain a professional environment that keeps inner office conflict under control. The nurse manager is part time and rarely there even on days she is scheduled. So, leadership for the medical staff is left for the office lead. Office lead has been at the clinic too long and ensconced into the old ways. There is marked favoritism and frequent inner office conflict that makes it difficult to focus on taking care of the children and their families. Great doctors. Poor administration."
