"A very uncoordinated company with zero structure. I made a complete mistake leaving my last job as a super to come work here. We get penalized for following a set of approved plans, as well as requesting RFI's from an architect or engineer. Owner micromanages every aspect of the job which doesn’t allow employees to operate at their full potential."
