"The finacial situation. Exteremely hard to run a facility without the proper staffing regarding facilities maintenance."

"Listen to facilities manager concerns and be proactive regarding isues brought to their attenion instad of being reactive. Preventative maintenance, safety and security were low on the priority list within this organization. In my opinion upper management did not address my concerns in a timely and professional manner."
