"Toxic work environment created by management with a lot of coworkers in a similar situation. Management did not uphold their end of the job contract that we reviewed and changed parts of my job the first day I started without my consent. I witnessed management guilt-trip other staff into doing other jobs because they were short-staffed in other programs. No collaboration encouraged or existing between the different programs, even if they are all located on the same campus."
