"Ginkgo is a high-paced environment that is fun to work at, but also chaotic. Hard to move upwards without a long tenure. There is a lot of room for autonomy but only if you're a loud personality. If you're a loud person, then you'll do great. A lot of personalities to manage, but ultimately cool science."
