1Hi, I just wanted to tell my personal story about this company and why you should not work for it
When I was 18 years old I applied for the company and got accepted at first I thought that I was going to be a formal employee but when I arrived they told me that I was going to be part of this thing called “TDP” or “Talent Development Program” which sounded nice you know certification and also a Salary at the same time.
I thought I just hit the jackpot but then I realized something and it was that I love working from home, in those inductions days they even told us that the company had phone signal blockers all over the place so if I wanted to call my family or watch a video during breaks I couldn't, they were even monitoring wi-fi so it would be for work only, basically, you didn't know anything from the outside after work shift is done.
Also, the instructors said on those first days “Prepare to lose sleep hours because you will have to do a lot of things at home” Extra Job after work hours is illegal in my country just to make it short.
And to put the cherry on the cake when we finally received the contract there was a clause which said that if got fired or I decided to leave in the next 5 years I would have to pay $15,000 I don't know in other countries but in mine that is a LOOOOOOOOT of money
So yeah I didn't sign the thing
1.1There are lot of areas of improvement in Helm, like
1) Employees can be trained on how to behave and interact with Indian employees, as US team members are real rude.
2) Try to retain employees and stop hire and fire resulting in spoiling careers of any people.
1.5Helm360 is the worst organization that I have worked with.
Lot of layoffs, they hire without planning and without sense of work need analysis. No processes, no hierarchy, no career planning, no professionally trained management. The pathetic work environment is universal in both Poway office and India office. High level of employee dissatisfaction
