"Very poor executive management. The director of research has no research experience and the company does not conduct scientific research. The majority of the infectious disease projects are handed to engineers who in turn, perform poorly and are often let go due to less than satisfactory results. The lab is poorly run and the executives blame members of technical staff for their incompetence and short comings."
