"I have worked for Intelliteach for just under 1 year, and while the staff and training are fantastic, the compensation offered does not equate to the expectations or skills I offer the company. That said, the training environment offered is top notch, and I would recommend this setting for anyone interested in entry-level training."
"There is currently nothing good about the company now that it has been bought out by CMS. Its benefits are now being cut short, failing to even come close to what the employer needs. The company itself has a life expectancy for its employees of a year. By that time they expect you to be gone and never hear from you again. This is not a good company to work for unless you are looking for a rough ride into the IT world."
"Intelliteach is a progressive company for ambitious entry level IT professionals. It has a laid back dress attire environment, but demands 110% in IT knowledge and providing a stellar customer service experience."
"Company with good benefits and great culture on the help desk side."
What do you like about working at Intelliteach?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I do not have anything to say at the moment."
What don't you like about working at Intelliteach?
"Little to no advancement path. Company is unorganized in its current state. Hard working people are being penalized. The same geeky/nerdy culture is being pushed out of the company. Morale is stifling."

What do you like about working at Intelliteach?
"Absolutely nothing. It's the sorriest excuse for a company I've ever worked for."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. All they give a damn about is how much they make and the bonous they tack on for it at the end of the year. In the year I was there 80 people were either fired or quit. It's nothing more than a revolving door. This company is a joke. My name is Matt Jackson and you can give people my identity all you want because I don't have to hide who I am or act shady behind people's backs. I'm beyond the point of speaking in a professional manner about these guys. I am burning this bridge to the ground because theres nothing they can say or do that will ever effect my future career. I now work for myself and make 8 times what I was making there."
What don't you like about working at Intelliteach?
"Pretty much everything. Management are a bunch of morons who don't care about any of their employees and they are hiring entry level techs who know absolutely nothing about technical support, to support law firms at $12 an hour. You can barely get by on that these days. They won't allow you any over time. No one communicates with anyone at that place. The CEO has absolutely no idea what goes on in his company. I've never been so disgusted in my entire life at the way these people do business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to do your job and not backstab employess who actually come in and show up for work and pull their weight around there including the weight of half the idiots that don't have an inkling of a clue on how to support anyone let alone a law firm. Start treating people equally and with respect even though they are different and choose not to get ahead by kissing ass. Stop firing veterans who know what they are doing and continuously bring in good reviews for your company. Stop micromanaging and let people work the way in which it suits them best as long as they are following policy. Stop changing policy and not making it known so you can have false reasons to fire people because you dont' like them or you have to cut people. (When you fired me for such a false reason you didn't even have the decency to look me in the face and start at the ground the entire time we were int he meeting.) You are the essence of greedy corporate America."
