What do you like about working at JB Landscaping?

"It is a great experience get to work with customers and learn how to manage a business as well as competing with completion. It gives you hands-on experience working with customers making them feel comfortable doing businesses with you, and that there making a good decision. If your not personal with the customer making them feel like there your number one priority you not even half way there. You want them to feel/ know were working for them looking out for their best. I had about 10 customers in an average neighborhood starting when I was 14 riding around on my bike putting flyers in peoples mailboxes. I got alot of customers from word of mouth and advertising with the flyers or seeing them in the street as I was going by and approaching them and talking to them. I still have five loyal customers that I do on the weekends when I have time. After going away for school thats all I could manage and a couple of them wanted me to be there when I was at school and wasnt able to. This Job taught me a lot. I had trained two part time employees and led them through projects we had, I stayed on top of them making sure the job was getting done on time by working with them as a team or working on another project and checking up with them during lunch or after the days over going by it making sure the jobs coming along good and how the customer wants it. I like seeing the customer happy after the jobs done and I find it Key to take pride in what you do. If you dont take pride in your work, its not going to be your best!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Show good work ethic and organizational skills. Show that you can do the job and do it the right way and the best for the customer. Customers are the reason why were in business"

What don't you like about working at JB Landscaping?

"There nothing I didn't like, there were times when the equipment failed, but you just work through it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well in this situation I am management, and the best thing is to work with the customer through there decision helping them out the whole way, and ifs theres something that they dont like or would like better you work with them because theres always someone else out there and you dont want them to choose anyone else."
