"I have been working for John Deere Financial for a couple months now. It is a great atmosphere. Even with the company being a large corporation, they treat you with respect and appear to care about the employees. You can't go wrong working here."

"I recieve weekly paychecks. instead of bi-monthly. I enjoy helping people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview for permenant position instead of temporary agency or you will never be hire for long term."

What don't you like about working at John Deere?

"I have no opporunity to get on permanet. The position is unchallenging and slow. The help line support are not knowledgable and sometime incorrect. I only handle two types of calls and not chance to get more training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide more completed training for help line supervisors. Don't push off the answer to different department."
