"I only worked at Jones signs a couple of months before the shop closed down permanently and out of nowhere. I moved here from the midwest to start out floor level and eventually work my way up to hopefully a management role within one of Jones's locations, but that was obviously cut short. I liked the reputation jones had throughout the sign industry but unfortunately, I was not there long enough to make a major impact or get to know the company as much as I would have liked."

"Mostly the change you saw in the job every day. One day was never like the day before. You need to like a very fast paced work envirnoment. I also liked the people I worked with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Again communication to the management staff needed to be clear and the same information needed to be passed down by both people. At times it wasn't the same."
