"I've worked at Kelley Blue Book for two years. I have found that the company focuses on making sure that the technology stack is relevant which is great for learning as an engineer. The people are great to work with, keeping a very lighthearted mood; we can have fun but also get serious when it comes time to deliver products of the highest quality. Management does a good job of making sure that the workplace is fun and inclusive with plenty of company events to keep the employees engaged in the culture and business objectives."

"I've worked for KBB for 6 years. The company was great in the beginning and slowly started to lose its soul since Cox took it over. The people you work with are great but the micromanagement and poor decisions from above, override the team's decisions and are getting quite old and frustrating."

"Kelley Blue Book is a steady company with an established reputation in the industry. While KBB's wage compensation was fair and offered job security, there was a gross level of micromanagement. Constant changes in policies and procedures made even daily assignments and tasks difficult to efficiently complete and exposed employees to excessive scrutiny that was harmful to morale. KBB is also very cliquey and borders on elitism and even cronyism."

"I've worked for the company for approximately 3 years. Things went from a small/mid size company feel into more of a corporate environment. Not necessarily a bad thing, just that things changed so much and it's become a lot more politically charged atmosphere."
