KBB is also very cliquey and borders on elitism and even cronyism."

"Relax! Ease up! Leave your huge egos at the meeting room door. Trust your people."

"The only training one initially receive is limited to corporate philosophy, office procedures, and use of team-based productivity tools."

"The applications had no documentation and identifying the correct person responsible for certain parts of deployment or trouble-shooting was difficult."

"None. They are currently working with their parent company to solve a number of business and technology concerns."

"be honest and real during your interview, don't try to charm. Do not try to sound like you know the answer to a question if you don't."

"Communicate better with the workforce. We need to have less meetings."

"Don't expect to use your creativity. If you interview avoid project management and the PMO. I was not on that side but I could not stand anyone much in the PMO office including the VP and Manager. Avoid like the plague!"

"Very old school in terms of leadership. Feels like Mad Man or working somewhere in the 50's. They need to get with the program, micromanagement is so 50's! Annoying and stifling."

"Let go of worrying about perception and control, no one likes that style and the products at KBB do not warrant acting so formal."
