What don't you like about working at Keane?

"Responsibility to each team member if you are got performer. Can get monetary benefits of good performer but give added responsibility and help in improving our confidence."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at the employee monetary benefits also. We worked for more hours than other company and get peanuts in response is not good to stay for long time."

"The clients and a few knowledgable co-workers. Keane Care used to be about the clients and employees. Since it was purchased by Caritor, Keane Care has gone downhill."

"Apply if you are strapped for cash or need experience to get started. Not a company to stay long term or if you are seeking advancement. Want a career that pays better Get a job at Target."

What don't you like about working at Keane?

"Hostile, high stress work environment. Managers do not care about clients or employees. No communication. False promises or no response from management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Actively listen and respond to your employees. Reward the hard working staff. Do not act like the long term employees are a liability. We are an asset."

"Clients and a few skilled employees, location and ability to telecommute once a week if needed. Used to be a great company where everyone cared for each other. It is no longer the Keane we used to know."

"Great if you really need money, otherwise, look someplace else. Not a place for career minded talented IT professionals."

What don't you like about working at Keane?

"Poor pay and/or compensation, High stress, no reward structure. No communication between staff and management. Managers do not care about employees or clients, just the bottom line. No opportunity for growth or advancement. Client base heading for disaster."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start paying attention to your employees. Listen and respond to what they need. Do not give excuses or make false promises. Give us time off for family."
