"I currently work at one of the oldest properties in the portfolio, it was built in 1965, older boilers and piping, the building has been neglected and has not had a strong maintenance staff. Lots of band-aids used to save money units are old and neglected. I think if we can get some talent all around the property it can be a great asset."
"I worked for Kettler Management for approximately 1 year. Overall it was a good experience in a not so good environment. I happen to be working under someone that was not following policy and was engaging in questionable practices. I didn't feel comfortable due to constantly be made a scapegoat. Eventually the person was dismissed but I had left the company before that came to pass."
"It is unfortunate that I work for a company that does not mirror my enthusiasm towards achieving sucess."
